Monday, September, 11 Sassocorvaro and Carpegna
Meeting point at Benelli Museum, viale Mameli at 8.45am, departure at 9.15am to Sassocorvaro for visiting the “Rocca Ubaldinesca”, a castle built during the Renaissance Era. A 150 km long ride through the beautiful hills of the central Appennino mountains.
We shall be back at 17.00 pm roughly
Tuesday 12th September : Recanati
Meeting point at Benelli Museum,viale Mameli at 8.45 am, we shall leave at 9.15 am to Recanati to visit the home of the famous Italian Poet and writer Giacomo Leopardi and Franco Uncini bike museum. Return after lunch through Monte Conero, overlooking the Adriatic Sea. 210 km long ride along the hillside roads above the Adriatic Sea. Return at approximately 17.00 pm
Wednesday 13th September : Monte Nerone
Meeting point at Benelli Museum,viale Mameli at 8.45 am, departure at 9.15 am. Destination Urbino: stopping at the Albornoz Fortress and visit to the medieval city. Proceeding through the main roads up to Monte Nerone, (1,525 m. a.s.l.). Return throughout the splendid Gola del Furlo: a road built 2000 years ago by the Romans. A total of 190 km up and downhill; arriving in Pesaro around 17.00 pm
Thursday 14th September : Pesaro city center by bike.
Meeting point at Benelli Museum,viale Mameli at 8.45 am, departure at 9.15 am. Discovering Opera Composer Gioacchino Rossini: we shall visit the “Teatro Rossini” and the “Conservatorio” where we can find the original autographed works of the “Swan” of Pesaro. Later a 50 km long ride over the Adriatica panoramic road ; lunch break at Tavullia. In the afternoon we shall visit Gradara Castle and we’ll be back to Pesaro around 17.00 pm
Friday 15th September : A ride through the “Two Passes”
Meeting point at Benelli Museum,viale Mameli at 8.45 am and leaving at 9.15 am along the best ever motorcycle route.
A landscape of woods among the sweet hills and deep valleys, a whole day within the regions of Marche and Umbria via Bocca Trabaria and Passo Seriola. Lunch break at Borgo Pace. After about 220 km long ride, return to Pesaro at 17.00 pm
Saturday 16th September : Itinerary- museum of ancient crafts
Meeting point benelli Museum,viale Mameli at 8.45 am, departure at 9.15 am destination Montefelcino.
Guests at the old Primary School of Montemontanaro, today a fascinating museum with a collection of bicycles used in the past by travelling craftsmen who cycled from village to village in town and country, selling their goods or services. Lunch at the “Pagliari” farm and vinery. Total of 80 km. Return to Pesaro at 17.00 pm.
From 19.00 pm evening festivity with gastronomical stands and music in front of the Benelli museum.
Sunday 17th September : Benelli Day
Classical ride on all the historical Benelli and Motobì bikes. After placing the crown of laurels on the bust of Tonino Benelli, back on the bikes to Villa Miralfiore for a buffet with the music of Rossini. We shall then go through the villages of Tavullia, Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara to arrive to Pesaro seafront where the grand parade with the Benelli Grand Prix bikes will take place.
Lunch will be served in a restaurant overlooking the Adriatica Sea.
